Return Policy

General Terms

Customers have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to request an exchange or store credit.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Products returned without prior authorisation may be refused and returned at the sender’s expense.

 

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for exchange or store credit:

  • The paddle must be unused, in new condition, and returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • All original packaging, accessories, and promotional items (e.g., case, cleaner, balls, grips) must be included.
  • Paddles showing any signs of use, grip removal, odour, scuffing, or damage will not be accepted.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

PACT Paddles reserves the right to inspect all returned items and determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

 

Exchange & Credit Process

  1. Contact contact@pactpaddles.com with your order number and request.
  2. Upon approval, you will receive a Return Authorisation and shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the item to the provided address, ensuring secure packaging.
  4. Once received and inspected, an electronic store credit (PACT Gift Card) will be issued for the full value of the approved return (excluding shipping).

Credits:

  • Are valid for 12 months from the issue date.
  • Can be used toward any product on pactpaddles.com.
  • Are non-redeemable for cash.

 

Fees & Exceptions

  • Credit exchange paddles returned after 30 days are not accepted.
  • Returns received between 7–30 days that show minor signs of handling may be subject to a 20% restocking fee (At PACT's discretion)
  • Returns found to be used or damaged will not qualify for store credit and can be returned to the customer at their expense.
  • No refunds will be issued unless the product is proven defective under warranty.

 

Warranty-Related Returns

Defective products identified under the PACT Limited Warranty may qualify for replacement or credit upon inspection and approval.
Warranty claims must follow the procedures outlined in our Warranty Policy.
